Many people are surprised to learn that hypnosis is one of the most researched therapies with it being included in over 11,000 research studies to date. Hypnotherapy is used to treat a wide range of conditions particularly as hypnosis and hypnotherapy treatments for anxiety have proved to be highly effective. As many health conditions are associated with or caused by high levels of anxiety then hypnotherapy can be used as an adjunct therapy for many mental health conditions.
